Smart Park Construction
The Haikou Citizen and Tourist Center is an iconic building in Haikou City. Our company is primarily responsible for the smart park construction at the Citizen Center, which includes the facial recognition surveillance system, parking management system, integrated cabling, and the park’s intelligent management software platform.
Through facial recognition and people-counting cameras at the entrances and exits, data on visitors is collected. Vehicle data is captured through a license plate recognition barrier system for incoming vehicles. The collected data is then transmitted to the central data server room, where GPU servers analyze and process the information.
The Safe City project is a major initiative organized by the Ministry of Public Security to comprehensively promote urban security monitoring construction nationwide. Its aim is to use technological means to combat and prevent illegal activities, fulfilling the people’s desire for development, stability, harmony, and security. The core of the Safe City project is to use modern information and communication technologies, advanced intelligent monitoring technologies, and other tools to achieve unified command, rapid response, coordinated operations, and improve urban monitoring efficiency. This addresses the need for effective crime prevention, counter-terrorism, and strengthening urban security capabilities in the context of China’s modern economic and social conditions, speeding up the construction of urban safety systems.
The Safe City solution adopts a distributed system architecture to build a multi-system, multi-task, comprehensive processing, distributed, and highly secure network video surveillance system. The system uses a layered open architecture, integrating advanced computer vision technology, digital image processing technology, digital video transmission technology, artificial intelligence technology, pattern recognition analysis technology, and intelligent decision-making technology. It enables integrated processing for video image collection, monitoring, storage, alarms, emergency handling, and command dispatch. It integrates intelligent video search, object detection and recognition, target tracking, and behavior pattern analysis to accelerate the response speed of relevant departments in dealing with public safety, traffic, counter-terrorism, urban construction, management, and emergency matters. This system improves work efficiency and ensures reliable real-time transmission of data, voice, and images between different monitoring regions, layers, and system protocols. It supports routine real-time monitoring, prevention, joint defense, and supervision, as well as emergency response to sudden incidents, allowing for effective coordination of multi-level emergency response forces. This creates an efficient Safe City monitoring platform.
